In a luxury residence, unobstructed view, free residence parking at the foot of the building, apartment located opposite the Serre-Chevalier climbing rock, 50 metres from the swimming pool (summer/winter), many shops: tourist office, guide's office, mini-market, caterer, bakery, sports shop with equipment rental, cinema, ESF, bank, laundry, linen rental, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors....
In winter: 50 metres from the ice rink, 100'real' metres from the ski lifts, the gathering of ski schools, the children's nursery, 200 metres from the cross-country ski slopes...
