A welcoming stone residence, in a very panoramic position, restructured to accommodate 3 people with 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and washing machine; it is the ideal solution for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday.
External spaces
The house is located inside a very small village inaccessible by car but with a parking lot 200 meters away. Nearby below the accommodation is a café with a large panoramic terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast for a small fee.
Interiors
Casa Sissi has been restructured with a particular taste and offers rustic, warm and welcoming furniture. From a small courtyard you can access the living room with satellite TV and DVD player and from there to 1 bathroom with shower. Going down a wooden staircase, you reach the dining area with two small windows and a well-equipped kitchenette. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom.
Position
Casa Sissi is located on the outer side of a very small village (only 63 inhabitants), on the hills that dominate the city of Camaiore. Until a few years ago, the village was almost isolated and abandoned; it was then rediscovered by European citizens, many of whom bought the houses to make it their second home. The small streets are of course inaccessible to cars and you can park at the entrance of the village. Then you walk along the paths, some of which are made up of steps, and after about 200 metres you reach the house. The atmosphere you breathe in is that of the past, relaxed in the small villages.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, TV by satellite, DVD player.
Services
The price includes: the supply of household linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection and the consumption of electricity, water and gas. On request and to be paid on site: possibility to organize dinners, hours of domestic help.
Important information
The car is not essential but during the summer a public transport service is available to get to Camaiore. We park about 200 meters from the house. The accommodation is accessible via an alleyway, partly composed of steps.

The house is located in a tiny village on the hills behind Camaiore (400 meters above sea level), one of the main centres of Versilia. All around the mountains rich in forests and trails for scenic excursions.
Camaiore at 6 km (shops of all kinds and weekly market), Lido di Camaiore at 14 km (equipped beaches), Pietrasanta at 15 km, Forte dei Marmi at 22 km (famous beaches and fashion shops), Lucca at 38 km (Renaissance city), Cinque Terres at 80 km, Florence at 110 km.
