Borgo delle Erbe is located on a hill in central Tuscany and consists of a small group of three completely renovated houses, divided into holiday apartments, which overlook the countryside composed of meadows, olive groves and small woods. The structure is very suitable for families with children who can play in the meadow, as well as for groups of friends who wish to visit the many famous villages such as San Gimignano, Certaldo and many other places along the ancient Francigena road, in addition to the cities of Florence and Siena which are only about 40 minutes away by car. For those who don't want to cook, the city of Montaione is quite close with its cafés, restaurants and many shops. The houses are surrounded by green areas, Mediterranean flower gardens with aromatic herbs, meadows, decorated with terracotta vases and green pergolas. Inside there is an old paved stone courtyard with a jet fountain that recreates an ancient atmosphere. Each apartment is decorated and furnished in different colours and everyone enjoys a beautiful view of the countryside. All have in common a vast loggia and a meadow where the beautiful overflow pool (21x6 depth 1.40-2.5m) is located (01/05-30/09). To complete the outdoor areas a beautiful solarium area with sun beds and deckchairs. Each apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection, satellite TV, iron and ironing board. All cooking areas are equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, freezer, American coffee machine. On request, small barbecues are available. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. All double beds are queen size and all twin rooms can be converted into double rooms. Laundry room with washing machine in common. To be requested at the time of booking and paid for on site: availability of the local cook or chef, household shopping service on arrival/during the stay, small folding bed for children up to 2.5 years old (60 euro/week), high chair (25 euro/week), small children's bathtub (25 euro/week), additional bed for children up to 12 years old (150 euro/week), additional bed for adults (210 euro/week). Parking in the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets allowed on request, against rules and after acceptance of the house rules. Full coverage of the Internet connection is guaranteed in the garden area, even if the signal also reaches some rooms in the apartment. The
