Characteristic country house located in the surroundings of Montaione, at the top of a small hill, in a dominant position over the surrounding countryside rich in vines, olive trees and oak woods. Thanks to its geographical position, in less than an hour you can reach the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra, famous for their artistic heritage. The residence is divided into 5 comfortable and welcoming apartments and is part of a 105 hectare farm with a small restaurant and another country house, in addition to the breeding of Cinta Senese, a prized pig breed used for the production of hams and sausages that can be enjoyed in the property's own restaurant. A pretty shaded and equipped park surrounds the house, there is the swimming pool with a children's area (12x6 depth 1.20 m) (15/05-15/09 open from 8am to 8pm) and the cement tennis court. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, central heating, private external space with table and chairs under the arbour, washing machine in a shared laundry room. On request and to be paid on site: change of household linen during the week, extra cleaning hours, cot, cook, cooking lessons. Access by 400 meters of dirt road in good conditions. Parking on the property.
