Typical stone country house completely renovated, located inside a large enclosed farmhouse and immersed in the gentle landscape of the Tuscan hills, in the heart of the Val d'Elsa, in a particularly strategic geographical position to visit the most interesting cities of art in Tuscany and the magnificent Chianti. For those who love tranquility, green spaces and rustic culture, the complex is the ideal place to spend unforgettable moments in contact with an unspoilt nature and a unique cultural heritage. The structure has been carefully restored, using a good part of the original materials, thus making it possible to build 8 holiday apartments, all different from each other and on several levels, adapting them to the architecture of the building. Guests have at their disposal large outdoor areas in common, a swimming pool (7x15 deep 1.2- 1.6 m) (10/05-27/09), a playground for children and a laundry room with washing machine (2 euro/wash). The size of the property allows for long walks, bike rides, stops and fishing along the two large lakes located on the farm. Guests also have at their disposal a shared room with TV, equipped with tables and where it is possible (on request at the time of booking) to enjoy breakfast service. In addition, it is possible to taste typical Tuscan products, including some local products (extra virgin oil, wine and sausages), and others from Sienese agri-food production. Each apartment has an external space equipped for outdoor meals and a barbecue (to be requested when booking). Possibility of a cot and a high chair to be requested also at the time of booking. Internet connection available. Centralized heating. Parking on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Departures must take place no later than 9:00 am. Possibility to add 2 other beds in the living room, to be paid directly on the spot and to be requested at the reservation
