Modern holiday home for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private garden at 5Km from the sea.
We are located in Querceta, a village between Forte dei Marmi and the hill of Seravezza, in a very green and quiet area, ideal for holidays.
5Km from the beaches of Versilia.
You have to drive about 100 meters on dirt road to reach the house.
It offers its guests a private fenced garden (with Olive trees) of 1000sqm, ideal for those who brings its dog.
In front the house there is a barbecue, sink, table, chairs, umbrellas, everything you need to enjoy the garden during the summer. Also available a vegetable garden and fruit trees.
On the back of the house is the washing machine.
There are 4 bicycles at the guests disposal.
The garden is maintained every Saturday from 10:30 to 13:00.
Combat dog races are not accepted. Max. 2 Dogs.

The house is newly built and is furnished in a very modern way and consists of one floor:

Large kitchen with table for 7 people, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Mocha, Toaster, oven, fridge / freezer and 5 cooking fires.
Master bedroom with garden views.
Large bathroom with shower.
Smaller bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom with a french style bed (1+1/2) and door to the garden.
WiFi in the whole house.
The owner offers also babysitting and dog sitting against payment.
Every following extras are compulsory :
Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Not included in the rental price and to be paid on the spot:
