A Seignosse large studio fully renovated with taste ideally located pocket of the beach and shops. Located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator you will be seduced by its tasteful decoration. It is composed of a living room with a convertible sofa opening onto a balcony, a functional and equipped open kitchen and a separate shower room.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax and lodging deposit by credit card only.
Optional services to be provided before arrival:
- Sheets and towels : 20€ per person
- Cleaning during or at the end of your stay at 48€.
- Mini box: 49€/ week or 10€/day while stocks last.

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometres long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down... For the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards watching over you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's also the real holidays, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bicycle path called La Vélodyssée runs through the whole neighbourhood. It is shared with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes with 2800 m² of pools.
The Blue green Seignosse: that's its name. It is ranked in the top 10 golf courses in France.
