Close to the beach at Les Sables d'Olonne and very close to the beach at Tanchet, this type 4 house comprises on the first floor: an entrance hall, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, extractor fan, toilet with washbasin and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and a shower room with washing machine.
