In a vacation residence with collective heated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), tennis courts and common green spaces, house type 2 including : living room (sofa bed 1x 140cm, TV, table, 4 chairs), fitted kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, microwave, mixed cooking plate (gas + electricity), mini-oven), bedroom (1 x 140 cm), shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, washing machine) and separate toilet.
Closed patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, barbecue, awning). Private parking space.
Sheets and household linen not provided. Pets allowed. Optional end-of-stay cleaning package available (+60€). Tourist tax not included.
A cleaning deposit may be requested.
Some elements of the contract might not be usable (swimming pool, outdoor games...) due to external events and / or totally independent of the will of the agent; the tenant will not be able to claim any compensation.

The accommodations are grouped in small pavilions, each with an enclosed patio and generally overlooking the green spaces.
