Between the sea and the pine forest, this pleasant rental composed of 2 rooms, quiet, is located 500 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the shops. On the raised first floor of a residence, this apartment includes an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa-bed of 130 cm giving on the balcony, a bedroom with a bed of 140 cm - Shower-room - Separate toilets. Equipments: refrigerator with freezer, 4 vitroceramic plates, hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, flat screen TV, washing machine. Equipped balcony (table and chairs) - a parking space is also reserved in the courtyard of the residence. No pets allowed. Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay (90 €), linen rental (pair of sheets 18 € and towel 10 €/pers) and WiFi box rental (39 €/week). A cleaning deposit may be required.
In the Presidents' district with its century-old houses and creeks, between the sea and the pine forest, you are in a quiet area while being a few steps away from the beach, the lake of Tanchet and the shops.
