Furnished rental, this beautiful villa of about 90 m2 is located rue du Zénith in the heights of the lake of Tanchet near La Pironnière.
This superb independent house, tastefully decorated, type 4, has all the necessary comfort to make you spend unforgettable holidays.
You will find on the ground floor an entrance, a toilet, a new kitchen (2019) fully equipped (4 induction hobs, ventilation hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine "Nespresso") a large living-dining room (large flat screen TV, DVD player) and, adjoining the living room a magnificent veranda of 17 m2.
Upstairs, three bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160cm, the other with two single beds of 90cm and the last one with a sofa bed of 160cm for one person) as well as a modern shower room with double washbasin and WC.
The garage is fitted out with a "storeroom" part with numerous shelves, a washing machine and a double sink.
The fully enclosed, well maintained garden is equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ.
This area is very quiet and restful. You are only 7 minutes walk from the beach of Tanchet and 10 minutes by bike from the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne. BUT 078
