Nestled on the 4th floor of a luxury residence with elevator, this well-equipped and very pleasant studio apartment welcomes you for an unforgettable vacation. It comprises an entrance hall, an alcove with two 90 cm bunk beds, a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and a 140 cm fold-down bed, plus a shower room and separate toilet.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the studio is equipped with a fridge, two ceramic hobs, a combined oven/microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV with DVD player, and a WiFi connection. A reserved parking area in the courtyard and a shared bike room in the residence are also available.
Pets are not allowed in this rental. For your convenience, several options are available at extra cost: end-of-stay cleaning service (€50 + €1 per M²), bed linen rental (€18 per pair of sheets and €10 per person for towels). A cleaning deposit may be required on arrival.
