This house, classified as a 2-star furnished holiday home, comprises on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven. You'll also find a living room with two armchairs and a sofa-bed opening onto a pretty enclosed garden with garden furniture, a large cane awning, chiliennes, satellite TV and no vis-a-vis. Separate WC. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and two 90x190 single bunk beds, a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. A garage is available as a bike room or storage area, with a washing machine and sink. Private parking in the garden. Linen not provided.

The house is located near the marina. Numerous shops and activities (Vendée Globe, Ironman, night markets....) are available during your stay. There's plenty of entertainment on offer in the late afternoon and early evening on the embankment, so you can enjoy the wide beach during the day.
Only 1h30 away: the Puy du Fou and 15 minutes away: the Talmont Saint Hilaire aquarium.
