Ideally located, T3 apartment on the second floor of a residence with elevator, approx. 55 m² with a lovely south-facing terrace.
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure (narrow) parking lot.

Living room with sitting area, BZ sofa bed for two, TV, WIFI and dining area. A fully-equipped open kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and oven.
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and its own closet. One bathroom. A second bedroom with two 90cm beds.
All the shops, restaurants and beaches are nearby, for shopping enthusiasts or to organize picnics and afternoon swims on sunny days.
