In the wooded and quiet Abatilles area, large Landaise-style house, approx. 100 m², four bedrooms, lovely covered terrace and barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends. It is surrounded by a large enclosed plot.
One car can be parked in the garden.
The living room with sitting area, TV and WIFI, and dining area, opens directly onto the terrace.
Separate, fully-equipped kitchen with stove (oven and hob), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Senseo and microwave.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe. A large bathroom. A third bedroom with two 90cm beds and wardrobe. A shower room with WC. And a final "dormitory" bedroom, ideal for children, with two bunk beds offering four 90 cm-wide berths, and its own wardrobe. Separate WC. A cot and baby high chair are also available.
Pets are welcome.
You're halfway between Arcachon town center and the Moulleau district. The nearest beach is Pereire or Les Arbousiers, where you can organize family picnics or swims. Le Moulleau is ideal for a drink at sunset.
