Situation: 8ha of wooded and shaded estate. Wide beach of fine sand accessible by footpath (+/-500 to 900m). Opposite the estate is a natural park. Small picturesque port nearby.
Development: holiday estate (235 homes) with a family character. Reception, laundry area, bar, small shop and sale of bread in high season. Terrace restaurant and takeaway sale.
Sport and leisure: superb aquatic complex with a 700m2 pool with a heated section, slides, waterfall, spa area and paddling pool. Children's playground, table tennis, sports field, petanque courts. In July and August: entertainment with mini-club, teen club, sports and evening activities.
Accommodation: VIP cottage for 6 people, air-conditioned, with an elegant and original design, ideal for a comfortable holiday. Living room with TV. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, hotplates, extractor hood, microwave oven, dishwasher for 12 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed (160X200) with bathroom equipped with XXL shower, 1 with 2 single beds (80X190) and 1 with bunk bed (80x190). Additional shower room. Terrace with garden furniture and solar canvas. 1 parking space next to the accommodation.
VIP package (on request on reservation and to be paid on arrival): includes 1 free wifi access (1 code for 2 appliances), cleaning at the end of the stay, the linen kit (bed sheets and towels), 2 Chilean chairs at the cottage, 2 mattresses for the deckchairs at the pool. Supplement of 175€ for the first week, 100€ for the following weeks.
You do not want to opt for this complete package. No problem, choose the services of your choice (to be paid on site): wifi connection 23€/week for 2 connected devices (33€ for 2 weeks), final cleaning mandatory 60€, complete linen kit 16€/person/week, rental cot and baby chair (20€/unit/stay), additional car access (3€/night/car), laundry (6€ washing-room/4€ dryer).

Perfect. Well thought out accommodation, top notch pool. There are always deckchairs available. Large playground where the children have feet... but it is better to be a vehicle if you want to do activities outside. I recommend

When we arrived after having travelled 950kms it was an unpleasant surprise to see the state of the mobile home for the price of the stay or I think we were entitled to have something else and even more so in this so-called covid period. Dust everywhere, fridge not cleaned, blood on mattress and aureoles of sweat and urine, panties under the sink in the master bedroom. In short, not great for the beginning of a stay. ......
