There is a choice to be made between using the air conditioning or the small balcony. If you use the air-conditioning, the bacon is overheated and the condensate is not properly evacuated, making the bacon a paddling pool. In addition, in case of heavy rain, the water enters through the bay window and the dining room is flooded with water. The apartment by itself is very correct for two. The necessary is present. In view of the unusable balcony except for hanging out the laundry and the inconvenience caused by the rain, I can not advise this rental.
