Modern villa of 350 square meters suitable for up to 13 people with its 6 double bedrooms, single bedroom and 5 bathrooms. Outside, guests have a large garden with private swimming pool, a shaded terrace for outdoor lunches and a rustic barbecue. The villa offers a comfortable environment and is the ideal solution for groups of friends or large families.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Villa di Ripa is located along a road from which it is separated by a small wall and a high hedge that prevents you from seeing the garden. From the gate, you can access the parking lot and the entrance to the villa. On the side opposite the road is the 3000 square metre garden, largely grassy, with trees and flowering bushes, which can be accessed from the terrace shaded by large curtains; it is equipped with a table, chairs and a rustic barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. On one side of the garden is the swimming pool, with a marble covered edge, which measures 12x6 with a depth of 1.5 metres. Next to the swimming pool, guests have at their disposal a covered loggia equipped with armchairs and loveseats for pleasant moments of relaxation. Parking for several cars inside the property.
Interiors
The villa is developed on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with satellite TV, fireplace and access to the garden, dining room, well equipped kitchen with central island, 2 double bedrooms, one smaller and the other with air conditioning, 1 single bedroom with exit to the garden, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the first floor, communicating from the inside and also by an external staircase, there is a small lounge, 1 double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub, 2 double bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning, 1 bedroom with two beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a small gym with sauna for one person. The laundry room is accessible from the outside.
Position
Villa di Ripa, built in the 1970s and subsequently restructured, is located at the exit of a small centre in the plain between the sea of Forte dei Marmi and the Apuan Alps. Along the road there are other houses and small villas. The back of the villa overlooks the cultivated countryside.
Equipment
The villa has central heating, air conditioning in some of the rooms, internet connection, ceiling fans and mosquito nets in the first floor rooms, toiletries in the bathrooms and parking in the property.
Services
Included in the price: the supply of household linen for the bathroom, bed, kitchen and towels for the swimming pool (with weekly change), the consumption of water, gas, electricity and air conditioning, internet, tourist tourist tax. On request and to be paid on site possibility to organize cooking classes, dinners, domestic help, baby sitter.

Activities and Distances
The centre of Forte dei Marmi, with its shops, is only 5 kilometres away, and during summer evenings you can easily visit many nightlife establishments. The market which takes place on Wednesdays and Sundays is also worth a visit. You can also spend days relaxing on the beach: while Forte dei Marmi is the most famous centre of social life in Versilia, Viareggio and Pietrasanta are not to be neglected. Finally, a visit to the marble quarries where Michelange used to buy his famous sculptures is essential. The city of Lucca, surrounded by its Renaissance walls, is accessible after 40 minutes by car. A day trip to the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its steep villages on the sea, is worthwhile.
