Beautiful 2/3 room apartment, bright, spacious, comfortable, quiet and air-conditioned of 55 m2 crossing with terrace of 10 m2. On the 4th and last floor with elevator.
Ideally located 100m from the supermarket and shops and 500m from the beach, the port of Plaisance and the Casino.
All amenities are within walking distance.
