The campsite is open all year round: live without a car in a preserved natural setting a few kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea and the hinterland. Presentation
We prefer peace and quiet in a preserved natural setting under more than 300 centenary pines. The estate has limited itself to 155 pitches that only accommodate Louisiana mobile homes, all equipped with a wooden terrace.
We have integrated the campsite into its surroundings while respecting the beauty, calm of the pine forest and its "small inhabitants". While remaining discreet, you will be able to observe squirrels jumping from branch to branch, goshawks drinking on the wall overflowing the pool, hear the cry of the little duke at night, which will transgress the tranquility of the estate.
The 155 mobile homes belong to private individuals, about 60 of them are rented. The management is exclusive to the campsite in order to guarantee you a unique quality of service.
From July to August, traffic is strictly prohibited in residential driveways. From September to June, traffic is only tolerated until the mobile home for unloading and reloading luggage. Carts remain available on 4 points for shopping or other heavy bags. You will be welcomed every Saturday with electric carts to drop off your luggage at the mobile home and also on departure after the inventory of fixtures.
There is no entertainment available on the campsite. Only the restaurant will organize theme evenings with a musical group during July and August.
There are only vineyards and scrubland around. The first village, Castelnau de Guers, is located 2km from the campsite. A pedestrian access path is indicated from the outside parking lot. The road below is a sparsely frequented departmental road that will take you to Marseillan-Plage 17km away, the nearest beach. In the opposite direction, it will introduce you to the historic city of Pézenas where every Wednesday and Friday in July and August, the shops animate the old town.
With more than 300 century-old pines, the Pinède**** wanted to preserve its exceptional natural heritage and integrate as well as possible in order to offer its nature lovers a harmony with the houses and facilities.
Services, leisure and entertainment
La Pinède offers you a magnificent project offering 155 plots provided only in mobile homes.
Harmoniously integrated, the mobile homes have a wooden terrace.
Your rental also includes a numbered private car park on the edge of the estate.
All residences have TV and 18 DTT channels.
La Pinède is completely fenced and has a permanent security guard.
In the heart of the estate, the club house welcomes you with its magnificent restaurant and bar. Free wifi access is available on the terrace of the restaurant l'Orangerie.
The aquatic area offers a 240m² swimming pool facing south which perfectly follows the curves of the land. A second one is heated with a SPA and a paddling pool for the greatest comfort of all.
Leisure activities: bowling alley, ping pong, children's games, football field, mini-golf.
