-1 MOBIL-HOME 4/5 people (2 bedrooms, 38m2), This is a new mobile home, installed on the campsite in January 2014
It is located less than 30m from the sea and has a sea view (when separative hedges were cut by the owner of the campsite)

Mobil home very recent, comfortable and "super equipped": living room-lounge with TV (screen 80cm), electric heating and bench convertible into extra bed, 2 bedrooms, (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 80cm) kitchenette with fridge, electric oven and microwave, hob, water heater, coffee maker, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, wooden garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, clothes airer, electric heating in each room, parking private, wooden terrace and chairs "sunbathing"
CAMPING
The campsite *** Louannec (270 locations) is located at the seaside and 1km from the marina and shops of Perros Guirec, with heated pool (opening 15/5 to 15/9) with paddling pool and baths. sun, bar, snacks, convenience store, sailing school in the camp-site on closed water ..., close to the famous "customs trail" (GR34) and no less famous "Chaos de Granit Rose" .
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Heated pool generally open from mid-May to mid-September, WIFI at the reception and can be on the whole campsite at the beginning of the season, electric bike rental (10 € / day), bar, groceries and fast food , table tennis, playground, petanque field, activities organized by the campsite (children and adults) in summer, cleaning service possible, communal washing machine and dryer, communal tennis courts ...

PRICE INFO
The stays are at least 4 nights integrated in a period "Saturday-Saturday" (except school holidays all zones and month of June At these periods the stays are at least of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday)
The rate for 7 days is a discount of 20% on the daily rate
The price includes all-inclusive: rental of the mobile home, camper fees, water and gas, except for the tourist tax and an electricity fee of € 1 per day

Animal: 2 € / day
