At about 200m from the beach of the Marais-Girard, nice studio mezzanine type apartment located on the 1st floor of the residence (usable surface of about 19m²) including an entrance with cupboard, a living room with kitchenette (BZ sofa, television, microwave, electric plates, fridge Top, high cupboards), shower room with washbasin, shower and toilet inside, in mezzanine open on the living room (access by miller's staircase) a bed of 140 cm with chest of drawers.Table and chairs for the balcony.
