Composed of an entrance, cabin area with 2 bunk beds (can be used as a 2nd bedroom, 6 m2), main room, living room with fitted kitchen, bedroom with cupboard, double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet. 2nd floor with lift, parking space in the basement with direct access to the apartment. Very quiet residence, just a stone's throw from the center of town, accessed via a footpath.
