Pretty 2-storey village house, completely renovated, located in the heart of the Corbières in Labastide-en-val.
A small village of about a hundred inhabitants surrounded by woods, crossed by a stream and dotted with fountains, you will be ideally located to discover the Cathar castles, abbeys, Canal du Midi, wine cellars, natural reserves of fauna and flora, animal parks, honey houses, and many bathing areas (lakes, rivers, sea)
Ground floor: American kitchen, fully equipped (kitchen utensil, saucepan, fridge with freezer, hood, oven, gas hob), dining room, living room with TV, DVD player, sofa bed. Wifi access.
1st floor: shower room with toilet, washing machine, and a bedroom with a double bed.
2nd floor: room with 2 single
beds and a bar bed.
Along the house, there is a small alleyway that leads to a small square where you can spend a pleasant and quiet time.
The setting is perfect to escape the stress of everyday life. Equipped with every comfort even for the very youngest (booster seat, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table).
Further up the road following the stream, you will find small natural water holes and a lake in which you can swim, as well as a picnic.
Ideally located to see the Cathar castles, Canal du Midi, the medieval city of Carcassonne, visit the fauna and flora of Audoise, but also taste great wines with wonderful local products.
Carcassonne at 35 KM, or even the medieval city with its jousts from July to August, the cavayère lake which extends over 40 hectares and shelters a generous vegetation of Mediterranean type. place of walk and relaxation, you will find areas arranged for a picnic, pedal boats, a mini golf, water inflatable games, several beach volley fields as well as a forest
