Apartment in need of a good refreshment: old and faded furniture, moldy bathroom seals to be redone. The cleaning has been done to the minimum: dust on the headboard, balcony full of cobwebs and bird droppings. The apartment overlooks the entrance of the vacation residence: squeaky gate, noise of the skate park next door... Fortunately, the price was reasonable...

Bedding to be changed, maybe it would be better to put an oven instead of a dishwasher. It is always easier to heat up pizza, quiche, lasagne or gratin than in the microwave
