This 38 sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern building built in the sixties with an elevator. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.The apartment opens onto the living room, furnished with antique and modern furniture: a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a table with four chairs, a bookshelf and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, crockery and cutlery for six people. Through a small hallway from the living room you access the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a large wardrobe and a bedside table. In this neighborhood there is also the Eurosky Tower, the highest civil building in the city and one of the highest residential towers in Italy and Euroma2, a unique shopping center for style and elegance. Some of the places that worth a visit are Gianfornaio and Palombini coffee shop. The supermarkets are Elite in Viale Europa and SMA in Viale Beethoven, and to see a nice movie there is the moviehouse Eurcine in Via Liszt and for fitness enthusiasts there are two gyms in the neighbourhood, Eurgym and Olympia Eur.
