This charming 60m² apartment with 2 bedrooms is located 300m away from the beach in Juan les Pins.
In a secured residence with a lift and a parking lot, the apartment is fully equipped to ensure you a pleasant holiday.
It is composed of two bedrooms: one with a double bed, overlooking the south-facing terrace, the second side street, is equipped with two single beds.
The living room has a single bed and a convertible sofa (for one person). A small television and DVD player.
The dining room is open to the living room.
The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, tableware old.
Bathroom with bath and hair dryer. Separate toilet.
Bed linen, bath towels and dish towels are provided. However, do not forget your beach towels!
Additional equipment: Washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes horse and vacuum cleaner.

Nearby Attractions : The Cap d'Antibes and villas , take the coastal footpath (old customs path ) to discover the creeks , climb the lighthouse Garoupe , visit its church and ex voto sailors.
