Location Vacances à Sète : In a quiet residential area (parties not allowed), beautiful 97 m² house with garden, terrace and 3 bedrooms on the lower part of Saint clair, 1.5km from the beaches. Mobile air conditioning.
First floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) opening onto dining room (table, chairs, buffet) with large bay window opening onto 25m² terrace, toilet with washbasin and living room with corner sofa and TV. Upstairs, there's a master suite (double bed) with its own bathroom and terrace. A 2nd bedroom with a 2-person sofa bed and a 3rd bedroom with a 2-person sofa bed. There's also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as access to the upper garden and a shower room. This accommodation has wifi access, cot, high chair. No parties allowed. Pet allowed : 30€. Late arrival possible: 50€ (details on request).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 170€. NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
