This location in the heart of the Langhe vineyards (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is only 1.8 km from the historic town of Alba and the wine route. The apartment has a separate entrance (common with the owner's mother who owns a dog). Fenced garden with barbecue, sunny terrace and small house for children. A breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. The place is ideal for visiting the wine cellars, the castles of Sabaudia (Castello di Govone 34 km) and the city of Alba known for its white truffles (18.2 km). Every October, in Alba, the international festival of white truffles and wine takes place. Sports enthusiasts can hike or mountain bike in Monforte and discover the "Bar to Bar" wine route: 124 km long between Bararesco and Barolo passing through the vineyards and including 7 stages. You can learn about the history, culture and cuisine of the Langhe. Music lovers will enjoy "sounds good" in Monforte from 27/05 to 01/07: every Friday the village is spellbound by jazz, soul and funk performances. You can enjoy this music while enjoying a delicious aperitif typical of Piedmont. Art lovers can visit Turin (74 km), the former Italian capital, as well as its museums and famous royal palace.
