Studio of about 35 square meters on the fifth floor (with elevator until the 4th floor, then a flight of stairs) with a small terrace. Bright and quiet with simple and essential furnishings. It is comfortable for a stay of two people with the possibility of hosting a third person.
Entering thislovely studio there is a corridor: to the left you will find the bathroom and the kitchen, down the hall a small storage room and on the right the room with the exit to the terrace. The bathroom has a small bathtub with hand shower. The kitchen has a glass door through which you can reach the terrace and it is equipped with a refrigerator, two electrical cooking plates, a washing machine and cutlery and crockery for six people. The main room is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a sofa bed, a round glass table with two director chairs, a wardrobe and a desk with the television.
The bright terrace is serviced with chairs and table and has a magnificent view of the neighborhood.
Area
The studio is locaded in the Aurelio district, close to Largo Domenico Jacobini and to the Vatican Walls. This area has various positive features: it is well connected and close to the Vatican. Moreover it offers the possibility of doing bike rides in the park, choosing among many bars and typical roman restaurants and panoramic views. The venue is quiet during the night, authentic, animal friendly, urban and shopping friendly. Young families and young professionals live in this area.
Monuments
Vatican City, Villa Piccolomini (in the heart of Rome, next to the Janiculum hill, the villa is surrounded by a vast park overlooking the Basilica of San Pietro. From the ancient portico that runs along the Italian garden, among the pines and the green of the gardens, stands the imposing Michelangelo's Dome), Porta Cavalleggeri (one of the doors opening in Mura leonine Rome), Villa Carpegna (a villa located in the square of Villa Carpegna), Gianicolo (Janiculum is the Roman hills, overlooking the right bank of the Tiber and whose height is 88 meters), La Villa Doria Pamphili (184 hectares in size, is one of the largest parks in the city and Rome).
