Beautiful holiday rental in Luberon, very quiet, 7km from Lourmarin, 40mn from Aix-en-Provence (city of art and water). This individual holiday villa has a magnificent view of the Durance Valley from its beautiful terrace overlooking a pretty enclosed and green garden only 1 hour from Marseille and its famous port. At the edge of the Bouches-du-Rhône, discover without fail the paradise Calanques of Cassis, and only 7km away, the superb classified village of Lourmarin which awaits you with its many cultural activities, as well as Puget-sur-Durance, Cadenet or Mérindol. Lauris is a beautiful and authentic village, spread out on a rocky spur between river and mountain, and offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley, the Alpilles chain and the Luberon. An 18th century castle stands upright on the cliff and dominates superb hanging gardens where basins and fountains whisper their freshness. In the village, market on Monday morning, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking, possibility to practice petanque and skateboarding in reserved areas, and to keep in shape with the healthy route of the pretty Roquefraîche wood or to go on hikes, horse riding and mountain biking. Summer activities: opera concert in the second half of August and Village Festival in early August. You will be less than an hour away from 7 classified villages of the Luberon, such as Gordes, Bonnieux, Ménerbes, Ansouis and Roussillon. The living rooms are all on the first floor.
