Small 2 room apartment with a small enclosed garden and equipped terrace. The lake, the beach of Tanchet and the center of Thalassotherapy are at 700 M. Shopping center at 1km. Pedestrian path nearby for the start of walks or bike rides along the sea. The town centre of SABLES D'OLONNE with its pedestrian streets and the fishing or yachting harbours with their bars and restaurants are about 3 kms away.
Direct entrance into the living room with kitchenette: 1 sofa bed of 140, a bedroom cabin with 1 bed of 140, shower room and WC adjoining. A small animal is accepted.
