Property for exclusive use
Villa with swimming pool completely immersed in the green, unspoilt countryside of Tuscany's Maremma. The beaches of the Gulf of Follonica are 13 km away, and a little further on are those of Scarlino and Cala Violina, characterized by white sand that makes a distinctive sound underfoot. The ancient villages of Scarlino and Gavorrano are 15 minutes away, offering a variety of pleasures from the beach to excursions in the surrounding area. The villa is set on the first slopes of the hills overlooking the sea, in a property planted with olive trees and bordering an 18-hole golf course. The fenced garden surrounding the house has a swimming pool (8x4 m) (15/05-15/09) with external shower, sunbeds, parasols and a covered area equipped with table and chairs (wood-fired barbecue) for outdoor dining. The apartment is equipped with heating and Wi-Fi Internet access. On request: mini-cruises, day trips to art cities, cook, cooking lessons, tastings, airport transfers, baby-sitting.
