For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer in Les Arcs 1800, book this studio with mezzanine which benefits of a South facing balcony.
This 30sq-m studio can accomodate up to 5 guests and is situated on the 2nd floor of the residence Aiguille Grive 2, residence with lift.
The sleeping arrangements
In the living room you will find a pull-out sofa bed.
On the mezzanine, opened to the living room, there is a double bed and a sleeping area with a set of 2 bunk beds.
Please note that the top bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
At your disposal, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.

Broken items: drawer front that doesn't fit, non-functional lamp, fallen pitcher and glass. Seat bench too narrow to be comfortable. Very bad TV antenna that crackles. Functional apartment close to the slopes and shops (grocery store at the bottom of the building, charmetoger parking and bus stop close by).
