This detached house with a shared pool is located in Comiso, a small town just a few kilometres from Ragusa Ibla. The Pool is to be shared with the guests of the adjoining chalet. The accommodation has a large veranda and a surrounding outdoor area, where you can sunbathe or spend time with your family or friends. It is an ideal starting point to reach Ragusa Ibla: one of the late baroque towns of the Val di Noto, it has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. In addition, the beautiful sandy beaches of Punta Secca, a small port town, famous for the house of “Inspector Montalbano', a famous Italian TV series, are only 15 km away from the property. 20km away you can reach Scicli, another charmming UNESCO World Heritage site. it's also worth visiting Modica (33km), famous for its amazing chocolate!
