This sensational vacation villa is located near the Miraflor golf course and only 300 m from the golf practice course. Enjoy daily swimming fun in the private pool or extensive sunbathing on one of the spacious terraces. The spacious villa on one living level offers luxurious ambience with fully equipped kitchen and modern stylish furnishings. The huge living and dining room with leather sofas and large flat-screen TV leads onto the terrace. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a large smart TV and the en- suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and ground level shower. With separate laundry room for the washer and dryer, and wardrobe. The town of Fuengirola, with its many boutiques and wide beaches, has a train station from which trains run hourly to the capital, Málaga. SZ3 has a 3-D TV on which you can receive more than 1000 radio and TV channels.
