Property for exclusive use
Casa Capitani is a 300-square-meter, fully self-contained, antique farmhouse capable of accommodating 12 people with its 5 double bedrooms, 2 singles and 5 bathrooms. Featuring a private swimming pool, a large garden for exclusive use and a loggia equipped for al fresco dining, the house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends seeking peace and quiet.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
In front of the house stretches a beautiful lawn with flowering bushes and tall trees that create comfortable shaded areas where you can stop to admire the splendid panorama of the vineyards just below with the lake in the background. On one side of the lawn, still in a panoramic position, is the swimming pool measuring 14x7 with a variable depth of 1.4 to 2.5 meters, equipped with sunbeds and an unheated shower. In front of the house, guests also have a covered loggia, accessible from the kitchen, equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Another large lawn is located on the opposite side of the pool. Parking for several cars on the property.
Interiors
The house has three levels. The main entrance on the first floor leads to the living room with a large bookcase, satellite TV, DVD player and fireplace. Next door is another living room with sofas and access to the outside, the dining room and the well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and access to the portico equipped for alfresco dining. An ironing room with washing machine and utilities complete the first floor. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, comprising 1 large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom with French bed (150 cm wide) and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor there's 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower and access to 1 small bedroom with single bed, 1 room with 2 beds (convertible into a double bedroom), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath.
Location
The property is situated on a hillside in a quiet, secluded area, with a magnificent panoramic view of the countryside and lake. The climate of Lake Garda, particularly mild even in the coolest months, makes the vegetation particularly rich and varied, with olive, cypress and lemon trees. Even though it's isolated, the house is not far from centers with stores, restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Even the lake is just a 15-minute drive away.

The house is equipped with Wifi internet connection, central heating, cot, hairdryer and on-property parking.
Services
Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection, water, gas (excluding heating), electricity up to 200 kWh/week (over 200 kWh electricity will be charged according to consumption), cot. On request and payable on site, we can organize cooking classes, dinners and tastings, housekeeping and baby sitter services.

For surfing enthusiasts, Lake Garda is an attractive gymnastics venue, thanks to the constantly shifting winds, especially in the upper part of the lake. For those who prefer a more tranquil vacation and for children, the Gardaland theme park is just a few kilometers away. A visit to Verona is a must, especially during the major concerts and operas held in the Arena. The city of Mantua is famous for its countless works of art by Mantegna and for its museums.

Wat een fantastisch huis! Het is haast magisch met het mooie uitzicht wat je elke dag weer hebt! Wat hebben wij hier genoten!!! Je hebt hier alles wat je nodig hebt; ruime slaapkamers met genoeg badkamers, een grote keuken met alles erin, grote koelkast, lekkere zitgelegenheden en WiFi. Daarnaast werden we heel fijn ontvangen en was alles goed schoon en opgeruimd. Er staat een bbq waar we veel van genoten hebben, met het uitzicht op de zonsondergang op het meer. In principe hoef je alleen voor de boodschappen weg, want aan het zwembad lig je heerlijk! Er is ook genoeg ruimte om te spelen op het veld wat het maakt aantrekkelijk om de hele dag bij het huis te blijven. Een woord: het was GEWELDIG!
