Problem with the sofa bed; it creaks and we are badly seated. The radiator in the living room makes noise when it heats up (difficult to sleep) There is a smell of tobacco in the bathroom which would come from the air vent. The rain on the steel tray in front of the balcony makes a deafening noise in the living room.
