Holiday Home Rosi is the ideal solution for a low cost holiday of relaxation in the nature but without giving up proximity to the sea.
This holiday home in Camaiore, in Tuscany, is a semi-detached house in rustic and simple style with décor typical of the 60s.
It is located in a small village about 2 km from the center of Camaiore and 10km from the sea.
The main entrance is shared with other houses that are on the access road that lead to the garden. After about 200 meters you reach the garden (shared with the owner) where you can park your car, have lunch / dinner outside under a gazebo or under an umbrella and prepare the barbecue.
Behind this area there is an above ground pool ,4x4 Meters and 1.40m deep), and next to it is the vegetable garden of the owner.
The location is ideal because it is surrounded by greenery and silence, yet close to all the main needs.
You enter the holiday home through a small terrace in front of the entrance of the owner.
The apartment Rosi's appearance und furnishind is simple and consisting of:
- An entrance area / living room with sofa, small TV with satellite channels and dining area.
- Simple kitchen with 4 burners, oven and fridge / freezer.
- Two double bedrooms
- Bathroom with shower
The house has a washing machine in common, on the lower level with access from the outside. No heating available.
Every following extras are compulsory :
Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 15 May to 12 September
