Newly renovated duplex apartment for 6 people.
The apartment located on the 2nd floor of the Aiguille Grive 3 residence (village of Charmettoger) benefits from a start and a return skiing at the foot.
Indeed you will benefit from a lift at the end of the residence, and you will be 300 meters from the ESI's snow garden!
This real duplex (2m20 high under the ceiling on the first floor), with a surface area of 42m2, is equipped on the first floor with a bedroom with a TV with a double bed, a closed mountain corner with two single bunk beds, a large mountain corner with a double bed and a new bathroom with shower and WC.
On the ground floor you will find toilets, a kitchen and a living/dining room.
The residence is 5 minutes from the centre of the resort. The apartment overlooks a wooded slope sheltered from skiers and onlookers, which offers maximum calm and tranquility while enjoying the facilities of a lively ski resort.

Each of the beds is equipped with a duvet. Sheets are not provided and cleaning is mandatory, a cleaning service is offered for a cost of 80€ to be paid before the keys are handed over but in this case the cleaning of the kitchen will remain the responsibility of the tenants. A deposit cheque of 400€ must be sent to the owner before the keys are handed over and will be returned no later than 7 days after the last day on which an inventory of fixtures will be made.
