The hause have a spectacular views of the sea and views at the Peñón de Ifach natural park and is located in a dead-end street, quiet and safe for the children, with lots of vegetation and many palm trees and very quiet to rest on your well-deserved vacations. Holiday home in Moraira for four people with panoramic sea views.
The house located on top of a hill is ideal to disconnect and relax in the sun at any time of the year.
The house is in a private urbanization with a shared pool and lots of vegetation and palm trees and only 6 minutes by car to the beaches and coves.
The House has 2 heights of 110 m², with high ceilings, modern furniture, living room, dining room, solarium, fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, parking and private garden.
Moraira is a small fishing village and tourist center at the same time, where there are no tall buildings, the majority are villas and houses and a lot of vegetation. It is located in the Valencian community 80 km away. from Alicante and 115 km. from Valencia.
Moraira has more than 300 days of sunshine a year. It was recommended by the WHO. for its microclimate and relaxing in the sun for most of the year.
The sheltered bay shape of the coast between Moraira and Calpe, and the position of the mountains that surround us favor a micro climate with an average annual temperature of 18º C.
