The Costa Dorada ("Golden Coast") is the Spanish region on the Mediterranean Sea south of Barcelona and Tarragona. Due to its excellent infrastructure, with Barcelona and Reus airports in particular, this region is very well served. The coast has similarities with that of Majorca: fine sandy beaches, isolated bays surrounded by nature, in which you can swim in crystal clear waters and practice almost all water sports such as snorkeling, water skiing, kayaking, diving, windsurfing and parasailing. Fishermen will also be delighted, all in a magnificent setting. Many villages in the region are fishing villages with a first-class leisure and gastronomic offer.
