Calpe town centre is also just an 9-minute drive away. Along with a great shopping district, Calpe’s walled old town is worth a visit to wander among its historic Spanish architecture, including a beautiful 15th-century church.
For spectacular views of Calpe, hike or climb to the summit of Peñón de Ifac. Just 10 minutes by car, this “Gibraltar-like” cliff face rises 332 m above the Mediterranean, and it’s also home to a variety of wildlife and rare local plants.
