Comfortable apartment with capacity for 6 people. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 50 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.
PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.

The rental is very well located near the city center and next to the sea. The layout of the rooms is very spacious, as detailed at the time of booking, which was why we chose it. Unfortunately, there's no heating installed, only electric auxiliary heaters, which couldn't be used without blowing the circuit breaker, and worse still, when we used the oven and hob, they also tripped. We spent our vacation in the kitchen, as it was impossible to stay in the dining room due to the lack of heating. Kitchen utensils were non-existent (trivet, oven dish, pie dish, salad spinner, etc.). There is a washing machine and a mobile washing line, but no bin or clothespins. I don't recommend renting a property where on the 1st day we are sent an email with an opening system via an app on our cell phone to open the outside door that allows us to enter the property and one to open the rental door. Well, we arrived at the front door and got stuck because we couldn't get the opening to work, so we had to send a message via whats App, the only way to reach the agency. They quickly intervened to open the door for us, as the owner had locked the door, so there was no way to open it with the phone app. And the second week, when we got back from a walk at 6 p.m., we stood in front of our apartment door because the app refused to open it. We were lucky to find the rental agency in Rosas still open, otherwise we'd be sleeping outside under the stars, and they provided us with a much safer set of keys at our request, so we wouldn't be stranded.

very well located. close to the beach and downtown. no pots, a pot and a saucepan but just a little to heat the water for tea. also missing matches to turn on the gas.... very spacious. it's a shame that no one from the agency comes to the place either to give the keys away or to return them on the day of departure.
