Ideally located at 10 min from the city center and the beach, the residence is very pleasant. The only drawback is the lack of air-conditioning on the first floor of the house, it is impossible to sleep in it because it is so hot, so we have to make a dormitory in the living room. I think that a little paint would make the house more modern. The color of the rooms and the furniture is very garish.
