Maisonnette for 5/6 people at Domaine de la Baie, located approx. 800m from Grande Plage de la Faute sur Mer and approx. 1 km from the town center.
Maisonnette comprises a living room with BZ and TV opening onto a private enclosed garden of approx. 150m², fully fitted and equipped kitchen ([hidden] - [hidden] - oven - MO - induction hob - fridge-freezer). Bedroom 1: 1*140, bedroom 2: 2*90, shower room and WC. Equally well-equipped outside: sun loungers, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and garden furniture and parking space. Pets allowed. This rental is certified 2 Clévacances.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
Additional services on request: rental of sheets, towels and baby equipment. 4G wifi box rental available: €40/week.

La Faute sur Mer is the southernmost seaside resort in the Vendée. It is located in the Mer du Pertuis, opposite the Ile de Ré, close to the Bay of Aiguillon.
The beaches of La Faute sur Mer stretch for 8 km from La Tranche to the tip of Pointe d'Arçay. They are well sheltered and offer a wide range of water sports, including sand yachting. Four beaches are supervised. All are gently sloping, making them ideal for families with children. Some beaches are equipped for people with reduced mobility, but access from the parking lots is a little remote (access via tarmac paths and then sand).
La Faute is one of the most recent communes in the Vendée (1953 - separation from La Tranche sur Mer). The northern part (closest to La Tranche) has been reclaimed by reclamation. To the south, we find the Pointe d'Arçay (5 km long and still expanding, bordered by a maritime pine forest).
