Located in the wooded district of La Baule-les-Pins, the 3* "Royal Park" tourist residence, in the style of seaside villas, is ideally situated around 300 m from the beach. It comprises small 4-storey buildings with elevator, set in 4 hectares of wooded parkland. Hiking and biking trails depart from the residence, golf course less than 3 km away, thalassotherapy center 5 minutes away. On-site: two swimming pools, one heated, children's pool, board games. Bread and croissants available at reception, to be ordered the day before.
La Baule is a lively seaside resort of international renown, with characterful villas and 650 hectares of pine forest. The beach at La Baule-Escoublac is classified by Unesco as one of the most beautiful bays in the world (9 km of sand). It's a playground of astonishing dimensions Discover the wild coastline of Le Pouliguen, known as the Grande Côte, with its customs path, curious coves and caves.
Your accommodation:
2 rooms for 4/5 people, approx. 35 m²: living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 of which has a pull-out bed recommended for children, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom or shower room, separate WC.
The spacious apartments are fully equipped and all have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. Fully-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. TV included. Some apartments have large terraces or balconies (15m ² and more): to be pre-booked with a supplement of €20/week to be paid on site, subject to availability.
