Dwelling too old, in its juice. Bathtub, sink and kitchen sink dirty. Dirty floor, weight of dogs everywhere, even on sofa. No dishwasher or extractor fan. An investment would be desirable to refurbish the entire apartment, including the door frames. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT. Pleasant residence in a good location.
