No air conditioning or fan it is too hot to predict. Old leaking showers and lack of exterior lighting to go down to the lower floor, especially for children

The living room was disturbed by the fact that the showers in the bathrooms were leaking. The one below was a disaster! The bathroom was flooded at each shower because there was no silicone, all the water was spilling into the room, forced to bail each time for 20 minutes! The terrace accessible only from the bedroom was not practical, the kitchen being on the upper floor. Otherwise very beautiful terrace with a beautiful view (place still quite noisy especially at night with the road just below)
