semi-detached house whose walls have been partly decorated with local stones and located in Calasetta, Carbonia-Iglesias province. Here, the owners produce their own honey. The rental is about 900 metres from the sea and offers a beautiful view of the Sant'Antioco golf course. The accommodation is spread over 2 floors and more precisely on an intermediate level: the room on the lower level is protected by a kind of "Separate" and offers a certain privacy compared to the double room located on the covered terrace and the lawn. On the upper level, there is the living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and access to the covered outdoor terrace with sea view. On the property, you can organise pleasant summer evenings and enjoy your meals in the open air. The house is located on the first part of the beach Le Saline, on the old island of Sant'Antioco (14km), where the folk and religious festival of the patron saint of Sardinia takes place in early spring. From here, you can easily reach the southwest coast with the large beach of Calasetta, the famous rock formations "Nido dei Passeri" or Carlo Forte, an important centre for tuna fishing (accessible by ferry about 13 km away), where one of the most important food and wine events takes place in June. At the end of April, a village festival dedicated to the "Cous Cous Cous Tabarchino" is organized. Don't miss a day of beach on the magnificent beach of Porto Pina with its white dunes 40 km away.
